By Subway/Bus

From East Side of Manhattan: Take the 6 train to 77th Street and walk one block north to 78th Street; turn right on 78th Street or from uptown locations take the M101, M102, M103, or M98 bus along Lexington Avenue to 79th Street or along Third Avenue to 79th Street from downtown locations. Walk south to 78th Street.

From West Side of Manhattan: Take the C, 1, or 9 train to 79th Street, then ride the M79 crosstown bus across Central Park to 79th Street and Lexington Avenue.

By Car

From the Bronx, Northern New Jersey, and New England: Take the southbound Henry Hudson Parkway to the 79th Street exit; cross Central Park at 81st Street and turn right on Fifth Avenue to 78th Street; turn left on 78th Street.

From Brooklyn and Staten Island: Take the Williamsburg Bridge, Manhattan Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge, or Battery Tunnel to northbound/uptown FDR Drive and exit at 61st Street; at Park Avenue, turn right and drive north/uptown; turn right on 78th Street and cross Lexington Avenue.

From Southern New Jersey: Take the New Jersey Turnpike to the Holland Tunnel; Exit the Holland Tunnel going Uptown; northbound Hudson Street becomes Eighth Avenue, which becomes Central Park West; at 81st Street, turn right and cross Central Park. Go down 79th Street to Lexington Avenue; turn right on Lexington Avenue and turn left on 78th Street.

From Bronx, Queens, Long Island, Upstate New York, and New England via Triborough Bridge: Take the southbound/downtown FDR Drive to 96th Street exit; drive to Park Avenue and turn left to 78th Street; turn left on 78th Street and cross Lexington Avenue.

From Queens and Long Island via Queensborough Bridge: Use either level; take the right-lane exit onto 60th Street (westbound); at Park Avenue, turn right and drive north/uptown; turn right on 78th Street and cross Lexington Avenue.
