Journal Article Order Form
| Journal articles found in the LCR
Index can be ordered by filling out the form below. With
the exception of the article text boxes, all text boxes must be filled
in and are required to properly process your order. You may fill in
the article boxes as indicated or you may cut and paste full citations.
Please ensure that article information is as complete as possible.
If you are unsure about a citation, please click
here to contact us via e-mail. We will assist you in properly
identifying the item. If you wish to order more than five journal
articles, complete the first order as instructed, clear the form,
and submit the additional articles as needed. After filling out the form, please print two copies of the order form. One copy is for your records. Please send the other copy with a money order or certified check for the proper amount and made payable to the "Research Institute for the Study of Man" at 162 East 78th Street, New York, NY 10021. Your order will be processed on the day payment is received and you will be notified by e-mail of order completion. Warning Concerning Copyright Restrictions The copyright of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research." If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy for purposes in excess of "fair use," that user may be liable for copyright infringement.
